Marketing Your Website to the Masses

One of the first things you should know about website marketing is, that if you have no idea where to begin, it is very very difficult indeed. So I am going to tell you how to simplify it. I have found the easiest way to get your website recognised instantly does not involve spending any money.

So how do you do it?

There are a few different methods you can use to successfully market your site. Including blogging, networking, paying for advertising with big search companies, but I am going to explain to you how to do my favourite.

Blogging, blogging is one of the most ignored and one of the most effective ways of marketing any website. People cannot seem to be bothered with righting a quick article, like I have just done with this one, which will drive the traffic through the roof. And with so many blog websites out there the amount of traffic you want to bring to your site really is up to you. The more blogs you make on the more sites the more people are going to come to your site. So follow this simple guide and I guarantee if you follow exactly you will get high quality to your site within a week.

Step 1: Type in to any search engine “Blog” and a list of bog websites longer than the river amazon will come up. Now obviously the most popular blogs are the first ones so use your common sense and create your first blog on the first result, your second on the second, and so on.

Step 2: Post relevant information about your site. If your site is aimed at selling a product write about the product. If your site is aimed at giving out information write your blog about the information (it is not difficult your blog does not need to be any longer than this article you are reading). What ever you do do not fill it with general rubbish because you cannot think of anything to say. If worst comes to the worst you can pay a uni student or some exchange student wanting to learn English (just make sure you correct their mistakes).

Step 3. At some point in your blog add your URL for your site (I thought this would be obvious, but apparently not).

Step 4 Ping your blog. once your blog is finished, again go to one of the search engines and type in “ping blog” and ping it on as many sites as you require. These ping sites basically do the hard work for you. Depending on the site they will notify to everyone that you have put up a new blog. Believe me these sites are gold dust.

And that’s it. It literally is that simple, just make sure that every couple of weeks you add to your blog, so it is always fresh so you always have fresh traffic.
